SURGICAL SPLINT PRODUCTION (3D PRINTING)
When the final surgery plan is determined through "3D Virtual Surgery" program,"Surgical Splint" can be fabricated by the 3D Printing, corresponding the teeth locations simulated. 3D designs of "Intermediate Splint" and "Final Splint" will be processed, following the patient's teeth formations and bracket location simulated. Afterwards both Splints will be fabricated by 3D printing.
To apply for Surgical Splint production service
- send the application to 3DONS, INCE-MAIL : mail@3dons.net, Fax : 02-511-8280
- The surgical splint will be fabricated corresponding to the 3D simulation result performed by "3D Virtual Surgery" program.
- If the "3D Virtual Surgery" may be simulated by the applicant, "Surgical Splint fabrication" service can be separately applied with the submission of the respecting simulation data to 3DONS.
- Essential Data: 3D Virtual Surgery data simulated in STL file.
- 2 set of Splints ("Intermediate Splint" and "Final Splint") will be punctually delivered on the due date requested.
- Picking up by applicant or Posting service is possible on request. (Delivery by post may takes more than one week in some worst situation.)
